Mullin and SSTF Senior Policy Analyst Vilan Odekar will provide a brief overview of the newly released Core Principles for Transforming Remedial Education, a framework that has emerged from advanced knowledge in policy research and practice. It will also offer an overview of the research projects funded to further advance the work.

This webinar will feature the new research projects that are part of the 2020 Pooled Investments awarded to Strong Start to Finish to spur equity-centered developmental education research. Researchers from Rutgers University, University of Michigan, University of Houston, Houston Community College, Student Ready Strategies, and Motivate Lab will discuss their projects and how the projects advance the next phase of developmental education reform.
